All orders ship the same day if placed before 4:30 p.m EST Monday- Friday unless there is an item that is out of stock or there is a shipping address error. 

Short2Long does not ship during the weekends and some holidays. 

All shipments will have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers emailed and texted so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation.

When shipped, orders usually take a few hours to update tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and Text if Short2Long has your cell phone number information.

Shipping Rates within the United States

Short2Long uses Fedex for all domestic and international shipments. Expedited shipping is available.

Please note that the shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances which Short2Long is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Short2Long ships with no signature required to commercial addresses. 

Any residential shipments require an additional $8 charge for a signature required to ensure a safe delivery.

Any liquids shipped require an additional $6 charge for delivery. 

COD (Cash on Delivery) is an additional $30 charge added onto the standard shipping rate and can only be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order.

Shipping Rates Beyond the United States

Short2Long uses Fedex for all international shipments. International shipments rates begin at $30 USD for standard shipping and vary on price and delivery time based on the destination country and city.

Please note, international orders are subject to a duty tax that is charged upon delivery. The recipient of the Short2Long package is responsible for this additional charge.

Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?

Getting our order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Every order is hand packed and double checked to ensure everything is correct and included in your package. 

Once you submit an order the shipment process begins immediately – if any changes, cancellations or additions need to be made to an order please contact us before 4 p.m. EST and we can make the adjustments. 

After 4 p.m. EST we can no longer make changes to any existing orders.

Please note, Short2Long is not liable to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees. Short2Long cannot assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

Short2Long is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

We offer shipping via Fedex and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Short2Long can file a claim in the event any package is lost or stolen and a refund or replacement will be issued only if Fedex issues a reimbursement.  

Why was my package returned to sender? What happens to my order?

Packages can be returned to sender for various reasons: Incorrect address, unclaimed package, carrier cannot access address, too many failed delivery attempts.
