Return and Exchange Policy 

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with

  1. Call or text us for a return number that you can then write on the outside of the package or be written on a piece of paper and placed in the package.
  2. Ship your exchange products back to us and be sure to use a reputable carrier with a tracking number. Short2Long can provide a return label for an additional $12 charge that will be taken off the total once we receive the product back.
  3. Once we receive your order a company credit will be placed on your account to be used towards your exchange or future purchase.

Short2Long strives to offer the highest quality products and service to our stylists. We know when working with human hair things can happen and we stand behind our products. This is why we offer a 90-day warranty against production defects on all human hair products from the date of purchase. 

When filing a claim, the hair will undergo an inspection process from our production team. If a quality issue or defect is found the product will be exchanged at no cost to the stylist to include shipping costs. If the hair is not found to be defective, our team will discuss what issues were found and if there are any at home care or maintenance issues that can be addressed. 

Chemically processing, poor aftercare, intentional misuse or the removal or modification of any of the original components of the extensions VOID the warranty and Short2Long will not be held responsible. 

To file a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  • To request a claim, please email, call, or text and request a warranty claim number.
  • Package at least 50% of hair
  • Send back product with claim number
  • Include your original invoice or receipt 
  • Stylist is responsible for the shipping cost.  
  • Once the package is received the hair will go through inspection in our production department and an inspection report will be completed.

When the inspection is complete Short2Long will share the results with the stylist. In the event the extensions were found not defective our team will provide aftercare solutions and the hair will be returned to the stylist. (Shipping charges will not be covered if found not to be defective)
