I-Tip Links Clearance

Medium Long Aluminum (MLA) – 2.5 x 7 mm. These medium long aluminum unlined links are a great solution for clients with finer hair. They are designed to be used with Regular Thickness I-Tip Extensions. The benefits of using unlined links are that they are more flat and less bulky compared to the silicone lined links. Aluminum is a slightly thicker metal that does not oxidize the way copper does. This means that when copper is taken out it leaves a slight green residue on lighter colored hair typically, this washes out immediately. Aluminum does not oxidize like this, so it leaves no residue. Clients with very thin hair or light hair can be ideal for this size and material. Large variety of available colors

Medium Short Aluminum (SS) – 2.5 x 3.5 mm. These medium short aluminum unlined links are a great solution for clients with finer hair. They are designed to be used with Regular Thickness I-Tip Extensions for critical areas such as the hair line and close to the main part on clients with thinner hair. Aluminum is a slightly thicker metal that does not oxidize the way copper does. This means that when copper is taken out it leaves a slight green residue on lighter colored hair typically, this washes out immediately. Aluminum does not oxidize like this, so it leaves no residue. Clients with very thin hair or light hair can be ideal for this size and material. Note that when using these links, the life of the extensions shortens because the full bond is not being protected. Extra Large (CL) – 3 x 6 mm. These extra large copper unlined links are incredibly thin, flat and comfortable for wear. They are designed to be used with bonds that are extremely thick such as Double Thickness I-Tip Extensions or Plus Thickness I-Tips that are extremely thick. The benefits of using unlined links are that they are more flat and less bulky compared to the silicone lined links. Copper is also an extremely thin and pliable metal, so it is additionally very easy to work with. Irregular Color Clearance
