NO Refunds. Exchange only or Store credit.  Hair has to be returned within two (2) weeks in its original condition with the item being returned highlighted on a copy of the invoice. If you have a problem with the hair, you must return it to us for testing before we can resolve the matter. Hair that has been colored or chemically treated will not be taken back for credit or exchanged. Please allow two weeks for processing return orders.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include shipping charges for exchanges. Customer is liable for return postage charge if package is returned unclaimed.

To test the pattern of the Curly & Wavy hair, wet the lower half of one bundle, (do not wet the bonds) to make sure it is what your client desires.
